Nonni’s Foods, LLC (“Nonni’s” or “We”) is proud to offer artisanal biscotti rooted in our Italian heritage. We provide this website https://nonnis.com (“Website”) to help you find our products. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use and protect your personal data through our interactions.

We respect your privacy and have safeguards in place to protect it. If we ask you to provide personal information, we will only use it according to this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy occasionally by posting updates here. You should check here regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. If we make substantial changes, we may let you know.

Collection of Information

We may collect certain personal data, either directly from you or through third-party services such as Google Analytics, when you visit or interact with the Website, including:

We may use cookies to collect certain information when you access the Website.  A cookie is a digital file placed on your device when visiting the Website.  These cookies enable us to track website traffic and improve our site.  Other cookies let the Website remember your login information the next time you visit. Some of these cookies may be placed by third-party services such as Google Analytics and social media sites such as Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. You have the option of rejecting cookies through your browser settings.  If you reject cookies, you may still use the Website but some features on the site may not function properly.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

We collect credit card information during the checkout process for online purchases, but we immediately pass it along securely to a processing company for them to process. We do not process or retain credit card information.

Use of Information

We use the above information for many internal purposes, including responding to your inquiries, fulfilling your requests/orders, marketing our products and improving the Website.  We use your contact information to send you your orders and information about your orders, our products, new offerings and promotional events. We use job applicant information to communicate about the application process. Online identifiers and cookies may be used to improve our Website. As described below, we do not process any payments, nor do we store information relating to payment or financial information.

Distribution of Information

We do not sell your personal information to others.

We do not share your personal information with others for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising or automated decision-making. The only advertising uses of personal information we collect are for advertising our own products, not those of others.
